Recently, we had the pleasure of the gorgeous Indu from I-N-U Success Coaching visit our Lane Cove studios for her corporate headshots.
Indu was referred to us from another corporate shoot we did earlier this year and we had lots of fun chatting to her about her business, her family and her journey to where she is today and how passionate she is to share her strengths, energy and life experiences to help others.

Why did you start the business?
Since 2018 my life was falling apart and in 2019 I took some major decisions among which is to gain stability in my life and also wanted to help others who is unsure of which directions to head in their life. In 2020 I lost my job because of Covid it’s when I established life coaching as my business.
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m an immigrant settled in Australia for 10 years now. I have done masters in Human resource, worked as customer service professional and also as sales coordinator. I’m a certified DiSC profiling consultant and also a life coach. I’m a public speaker too, awarded as Toastmasters of the Year 2020-2021 in Holroyd Toastmasters Club. Most of all I’m a proud mom of my son.
Why should a potential client consider your business over others?
I do one on one coaching and don’t provide group coaching to generalize the issue. I make the client fix on their mindset and so they have the potential to overcome their current situation and also focus on their future growth.
Who might your business appeal to?
To anyone who wants to feel empowered in their own life, either their career, relationship, mindset or health.
What’s your price range? Can you give some examples of products and price for any potential customers?
Career Counselling – 6 sessions - $900
Life coaching – 10 sessions - $1200
DiSC profiling – assessment & detailing plus one on one session for 60-90 min (individual) $450
Corporate group – depends on the team structure.
What is your usual turnaround time?
To get the appointment for the first session – within a week
How has your experience with your business been so far? Were you nervous or worried before? How did it turn out?

What would be your advice to someone thinking of engaging your services?
Commitment and timeliness are the key aspects for someone to engage with my services
What’s the best client/job you’ve had so far? Can you describe what services you provided, what their feedback was and how it made you feel?
I had a client who felt depressed and confused about his future career. After few sessions of coaching he initiated to kick start his business and just before the sessions concluded he launched his business. The right mindset with proper goals and action plan can never go wrong. I feel good that I was able to bring some positivity in someone’s life.
