Sneak Peek: Mr B's 80th! | Photo Finish Photography | Sydney Family Photographer
Today's photo session was a gift from the children to Mr B for his 80th birthday at home. There must be a lot of people turning 70 and 80 this year as I've photographed a few this year and it's only July! I love these types of photo sessions as it truly is the precious gift of love and memories. I remember my grandma always used to tell each of us to "Slow down", "stop rushing" and just enjoy the moment, yet in this modern age, who isn't rushing!? However, when someone arranges an extended family session, to me, it says, "You're important, let's slow down and take beautiful pictures together because I want to remember this moment forever." I don't think this would have more meaning than for a proud grandparent, when your own kids are all grown up and they have their own kids and all you want more of is their time. Time really is the most precious thing you can give anyone and I feel the luckiest that I get to capture it for these special people. Happy 80th Mr B!! I hope I get to be a grandparent like you one day! :)
