I've always been drawn to things with a meaning or a story behind it.   Growing up I always wanted to know the lyrics of songs so that I could work out what it meant or what the story or message was about.  In my photography, I love to photograph the emotion or connection of my subjects by drawing out their personalities and capture their expressions.  I guess that's why I love it when my clients bring sentimental items or props with them or ask me to personalise a shoot so that I can help them capture their story.  A story that is just exquisite, exciting, ever changing and so much fun when I become a family's "family photographer". When I photographed this newborn's family and was chatting with his most beautiful, graceful superwoman of a mother, she came to tell me of the ring her loving husband had designed for her after her newborn's birth.
